Cancellation policy

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. 

The guest must pay  the total reservation amount if canceling within 30 days before the arrival date; 

“NO SHOW”

No-show without prior notice will be charged for the entire reservation.

Requests for arrivals and/or departures from the hotel before and/or after 11:00 am are subject to our availability and an additional daily charge depending on the time requested.
